Appointment Scheduler for Free Tax Preparation Program

Are you interested in helping more low income individuals and families receive free tax assistance?  The appointment scheduler will fill a vital role by answering and returning phone calls to potential clients. All training and equipment is provided so that you are able to schedule appointments, send reminders and answer questions.    The 2022 tax season appointment scheduling begins in January 2023 and ends the end of March.  We are looking for individuals to cover one day each week, up to 4 hours, during the tax season.  The hours can be between 8am-5pm and some work can be done remotely/at home.
