The flower gardens at Good Shepherd are in need of some tender loving care. We hope to recruit a volunteer(s) that will take on the role of gardener to each of the three beds (take on one bed or two or three). The flower beds are often admired by our seniors as they walk up the handicap ramp to enter the building. Currently they are overgrown with weeds yet there are some beautiful plants and bushes struggling for survival much like our clients who have health problems and struggle in their daily lives to keep a positive outlook.
If you can help us temporarily or accept a role as gardener to one of the flower beds, we would be truly grateful for your help.
Would love you to get a head start in spring.
