We break down those barriers and bring job seekers together with employers looking for skilled employees. Goodwill is a social enterprise. In addition to our stores, we are a contractor for federal, state, and commercial entities. Our business model creates jobs, provides training, and delivers a job ready workforce to the community. As good stewards of the revenue Horizon Goodwill Industries receives through our social enterprises, 90% of every dollar is folded right back into our job training and employment programs.
