Who We Are

The mission of Community Networks, Inc. is to provided individuals with an emergency safety net utilizing a range of services to empower them to become self-sufficient members of the community. CNI’s vison statement confirms that Community Networks, Inc. supports, guides, and encourages residents of the Eastern Panhandle to become self-sufficient. 

What We Do

Community Networks, Inc. offers a wide variety of services to our community’s low income and homeless populations. 

Community Network's Inc. primary focus is on the homeless and low-income population in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. CNI operates The Bethany House, which is an emergency homeless shelter for women and children. In addition to the emergency homeless shelter, CNI also offers transitional housing, Rapid Re-Housing, and HOPWA Services.
