Volunteer: Group FacilitatorsCommunity Alternatives to Violence runs educational programs for adults needing to learn respectful relationships, empathy, and how to end abuse in their relationships. Volunteer Facilitators lead these groups following our curriculum. We provide the training, support, and all the tools necessary. Each class is 90 minutes long. Preparation and follow-up make this about a 3 hour per week commitment for one class. The ideal class has 2 facilitators. We need men and women to facilitate the classes. We have classes in person in Martinsburg, Charles Town, and Berkeley Springs Immediate needs: Berkeley Springs men's class on Wednesdays 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Martinsburg men's class on Wednesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Agency: Community Alternatives to Violence, Inc.
