Community Markets Inc. is in need of weekly volunteers for the St. Isidore Market, a weekly local food access market held in Charles Town, WV. This market brings products from local farmers to a singular accessible location to increase affordable access to fresh and nutritious food. The market runs every Thursday from 5:00-6:30 PM, with time on either side for set up and take down. Positions include service at the table/cash register, running and carrying orders, and assembling orders in a refrigerated trailer. Families are welcome to volunteer with individuals younger than the minimum age set if parents are in attendance and contact market manager prior to event.
