Providing Academic & Student Support

A PASS volunteer may help a student with a particular area of study or simply spend time talking with a student in an effort to provide encouragement, support and to build the student's self-esteem. Research shows that on-going personal involvement enhances the education of students as they progress through the educational system and impacts their decision to remain in school.
