BlackCat Music Cooperative

BlackCat Music Cooperative in five years has provided numerous programs for over 150 youth in Morgan County. These at risk kids have grown in our guitar, ukulele, vocal, violin, stage production, and video editing programs in school and after school and have also participated in area fundraisers and talent shows. The annual SingBig! two week summer camp provides professional voice training and stage presence.

BlackCat Music Cooperative empowers youth through music by providing in school and after school musical programs and classes.

The Young Yukes ukulele group features members aged 10 to 17. They have won area talent shows and have written two original songs with national recording artist Victoria Vox. They are in constant demand an have performed at various venues in the tri-state area to include full stage costumed performances.

Laz Rapidaz is a younger ukulele group formed in 2021 and have also performed throughout the area. The School of Rock contains three pre-teens who love rocking the classics whenever they get the chance. BlackCat Music Cooperative provides classes for are youth in guitar, ukulele, violin, drums, and vocal instruction. SingBig! is a two week summer camp hosted by a professional instructor who teaches vocal and stage development. At the end of the camp the students present a full stage show to the community.
